1.The Sims – Macau resident

The activity “Sims of Macau”invited exchange students from Taiwan Cheng-Chi University and international residents. By simulating the society which includes policy, governmental issues and the other potential living problems they might confront with, this activity enabled students to experience the life of being a Macau resident. What’s more, they also had the opportunity to present and share their unique ways of dealing with the similar conditions. Students enjoyed the simulation experiences and enhanced their friendship through the interactions in the game.
2.When CYTC meets Spring Festival

HA held a series of activities to celebrate Chinese New Year! Activities included “DIY Night”making Chinese handicraft together, “Red VS White”Chinese traditional knowledge contest, “Song for You” song playing activities and “Lantern Bazaar Temple Fair” to celebrate lantern festival. These activities created an atmosphere of Spring Festival in CYTC which all students can enjoyed and enhanced their sense of belonging.

The third edition of CYTC newsletter “雅 Young” recorded the precious memories of the students in this academic year. It impresses other people such as important guests away from the University of Macau or famous celebrities in other places by providing a platform to present our residential college (CYTC) to public.
4.Do you remember…

This was a competition about remembering lyrics. Students formed group of 5 and in five rounds of the competition, they needed to remember the correct lyrics. The group that won the higher scores in the competitions got the final prize.

In order to enhance healthy living style, this activity invited 19 students to run at night around the campus on every Monday! This activity successfully enhanced Students’ healthy living style and made it a habit. Students are also able to gather together and enhanced their friendship.
6.Macao Museum of Art Special-themed Tour —One Century Of Austrian Art 1860-1960

HA organized a trip to visited the Macao Museum of Art. Exhibition titled Secession Movement – Austrian Art (1860-1960). The exhibition compiles the masterpieces of the iconic Austrian artists of the 19th and 20th Centuries, including prominent figures like Gustav Klimt, Egon Schiele and Oskar Kokoschka.
7.MC Skills Training Workshop

Professional emcee Raymond Lei was invited to host a workshop of emcee skills in CYTC. Through this emcee skills training workshop, students could learn some emcee skills, such as body language, standing pose, how to hold the microphone, etc. Therefore, it explored students’ potentials of being emcee/hosts. It also enhances students’interest of being an emcee or host, expanding students’ knowledge.
8.Bryant college visit

The House Association of CYTC united Student Union in Bryant College in Zhuhai. Students organized an exchange activity which held in Bryant College, the participants thus got to know more new friends and experienced a different college culture!
9.Interview skill training workshop

Goal: Interpersonal Relationship and Teamwork, Leadership and Service, Noble Aspiration
This Interview skill training workshop allowed students to learn basics interview skills, such as sitting posture, eye contact, facial expression, etc. They also learn how to make self-introduction and express their opinions. Students also successfully enhanced their immediate reactions and response ability. This workshop helped students to feel more confident in future interviews.
10.CYTC Acting show

Goal: Noble Aspiration,Cultural Refinement, Interpersonal Relationship and Teamwork
CYTC Acting show aims at paying tribute to all great movies. Participants required performing either drama or imitating some movie plots. Finally, the best three performances were voted by all the audience. Moreover, the most outstanding actor and actress also received awards and trophies.
